a little guidance?
hi!
i'm finally happy with my look, a little flabby but tightening up.
im 5'1, used to be 130 but now 103-4 most days.
ive been bumping up cals, and now im at 1350. i need to be at 1500 since my body doesnt burn much by itself.
im ready to maintain, but im confused about exercise.
will doing GET RIPPED 55 minutes a day 4-6 times a week be enough to stay, or will i gain from the extra calories?
i eat healthy about 85% of the time.
but even with that, can my new muscle turn to fat?

Muscle can turn to fat, I beleive, if you do not keep up with exercise.
If you gain weight, most likely it is a result of the lean muscle you are adding through weights.
Muscle also needs to repair itself when lifting weights, so I would personally take it day on and day off (at least one day for the muscle(s) to repair itself). I know this as I do lift weights. In the off days, when I do not lift weights, I walk, treadmill, "toning" etc ..
You're increasing calories slowly and that is great and you know what to eat and what your limit is. You are one step ahead of the game. Now enjoy what you have accomplished. Celebrate the fabulous new figure !
