Hi. I'm new and I'm needing some explanation on the burn meter. The "total estimate" should be calories needed to be burned in total, right? Then why does it change in the middle of the day? The larger number in the middle should be the one to change, and it does, but I don't know why the "total estimate" changes. Could someone humor me and explain the burn meter? Thanks

The top number on the burn meter changes during a 24 hour period as you log in your activities.  It does this to adjust the total calories burned.

So, the bottom number is what you have left to burn ?
This is a link to another thread where a few other moderators did a great job explaining the meters.
Let me know if it helps!

The bottom number in your box is what you have actually burned at that minute (so if you looked at it now, it would say the time you are looking at it, and that's the estimated amount you have burned up to that time).
The number on the top is the estimated burned over the 24 hour period.
