ok i'll give you my mesurements first then i need sum advice back please!!!! i'm 26, 5ft7.5inch, and weight is 196 (about 14stn) so far i have lost 3st7,

I am now stuck and have been for a month what my problem is that on the days that i excercise i'm not getting enough calories. I miss bfast (although i do try to grab a banana or somthing similar on my way) the reason for this is i go to the gym first thing in the morning because this is the only time the creche is on and i end up having a large lunch (healthy food though) but feel too full to have a snack between lunch and dinner and then after dinner i dont really like to  have much else as i dont like to think i'm going to bed with a full tummy but this is only giving me a total calorie count of 1200 to 1300 (far to little) what kind of snacks could i have anyway??? i've never been on a diet before and i feel that i have put in so much effort to give up now.  Any advice would be MAJORLY appricated xxx

Some good calorie dense snacks are nuts and dried fruit.  An ounce of nuts have roughly 200 calories.  A quick and easy way to eat more calories would be to make your own trail mix.  A mixture and dried fruits, nuts is easy to eat on the run, and will help boost your calories.
caitling is right, nuts are great as are dried fruit, also granola bars are yummy and are good for you too, yogourt coated dried fruit or also great...i suggest going to the supermarket and having a look at healthy snacks, your bound to find something that you'd like!
thanks for your help ladys i've been to the shop and loaded up on nut, dry fruit and granola bars xxxx
