A little help please

Hi my Name is Rob after tearing my bicep off the bone 5 years(yes I had it repaired) ago i decided to start working out again three months ago with light weights and dieting I have lost 18 lbs in 2 months. I eat about 1500 calories a day lift every other day and walk an hour each day. I have never been under 185 I am at 202 now and was at 220, My body quickly reacted to the weights and  I got my tone back quickly but I want to loose about 20 more lbs. I have an irregular heartbeat so I dont do harsh aerobic workouts because they are uncomfortable any suggestions to help the extra loss. I eat an eggbeater omlette at breakfast a High calorie protein bar for lunch 300cal/30g protein and a salad with lean meat everynight for dinner and have done this for 2 months . any suggestions?      OH YEAH I AM 45 Married with 3 kids That is my 17 year old in the pic with me

Hey man I feel your pain when it comes to the lifting, I hit the ground running until I something gives out. My left knee sounds like its been playing football for 20 years. Before I fell off the horse again with my workout, what I found actually working in general was 15-20 mins of yoga. yeah heh im the first person mocking them little twigs walking around with their little rolled up mats on their backs but lo and behold it forced me to stretch things out more before lifting. Despite it not being a big cardio some of them damn sessions were harder for me then a lifting routine. Eh anyways just a suggestion, good luck with your progress.

 

I guess on a side note you know them protein bars are nasty, gets some whey protein and some fat free milk and you got your same amount of protein for 200 calories.

Yeah the whey is good the pure protein bars in choc/pb are great and if you can do the 300 calores muscle milk bars are awesome.....
