Hi everyone,
I just posted this in the "100 to lose" thread, and thought, I never really introduced myself, so I am just going to copy and paste what I wrote there...in here...thanks for reading...

Count me in too! I joined CC on June 20, but I also go to Weight Watchers meetings. When I joined WW on April 22, I weighed in at 260.2. I have lost 22.4 pounds so far, and have about 94 pounds to lose. The weight loss is going a lot slower than I had hoped, but I really feel like I'm making some serious lifestyle changes. My hubby and I are losing weight and getting healthy together. He has lost 50+ pounds, and is driving me nuts, as the weight is falling right off him. He is much more active than I am though, and of course, men tend to lose faster than women. I have to remind myself that "this is not a race" LOL, ugh, MEN! ;)
Anyway, I love CC, this is an awesome site with awesome people, and I'm very glad to be here!

Thanks so much everyone!
Welcome and congrats for making the changes. My friend goes to WW and bought me the books to do it with her. I don't have the heart to tell her that I don't like the points thing, I like it here on CC-and I don't have to pay for it. I am more confortable with counting calories than points. So...I go along with her and give her the support she needs, but secretly I am here....I read your profile and I understand what BP meds can do to you too. My ex-hubby takes them and when we met he was a stick and now... Of course not all of it is the meds it is the alcohol he drank before they found out about the BP. Anyway, you are in the right place. Just be patient and you will make it, you're already well on your way.
