OATMEAL.  I already have it twice a day about 4 days a week...  I have to seriously WORK to try and force myself to NOT eat it.

I don't know what it is about it, but it makes me soooo happy.  :)

cereal. There is variety and you could have it hot or cold! (oatmeal is considered cereal right? Cause I don't think I could live w/o it.)

I'd have to say bread of any kind...haaa.. although whole wheat is definitely my fav!! Ummm...who loves panera bauquetes? (sp)
My homemade Irish White Bread.  I have to make 7 or 8 loaves a week for my house.  It is SO good.  I took some to work for part of my lunch, and my receptionist stole it.  I couldn't be mad at him, though, because he kept telling me how good it was!

Does it have to be healthy?? lol

For the more unhealthy...I'd have peanut butter! OMG! I swear I could eat a whole container if you let me some days.  Also DQ Reeses blizzards made with chocolate ice cream!

For the more healthy...I'd have a turkey sandwich (bland, I know.) and fruit!!!

Peanut butter is the best, but I'd have to say chocolate. Of any kind, any variety. I'm sort of obsessed. It's a problem. But oatmeal is pretty much amazing too. You know what's heaven in a bowl? A scoop of PB, a packet of hot cocoa, and oatmeal. Mix it all together with a little more water (to accomodate the PB) and cook. Oooooh man. 

what about peanut butter with cereal? YUUUUMMMMMM. or cereal on a PB sandwich. time to go make one....

Apples. I think I'd get sick of something really intense like ice cream, even though it's my favorite food. Part of its allure is that it's a treat. Apples would be perfect though. Especially if I could microwave them.

cottage cheese. cottage cheese. cottage cheese. 

AND

cantaloupe. 

(sometimes together, but mostly separate)

lol.. i defiantly second this! for healthy food, i'd have to say protein smoothies. for unhealthy.. MUFFINS! not healthy muffins.. like, huge, full fat muffins w/ chocolate or somethin'! i guess i could live of of any carbs, really..
