Most of us by the age of 30 have children. We normally do not have time for ourselves because we're busy taking our kids to all their daily activities. It's easier to grab fast food instead of working all day, getting home late, and then having to cook. RIGHT?

Are you on the run constantly? I know I am, and if your like me...going home after a long days work...cooking is the last thing on your mind. Unfortunately, I have let myself go over the past few years and I'm ready for a change. If any of you have advise on quick meals or anything you think would be helpful to myself or others...please let me know!
