This is a low-calorie seafood salad. Variations to this can include substituting chicken for the lobster and incorporating some pasta.

Recipe Ingredients for Lobster Salad

1/2 lb lobster
2 carrots
1/2 lb lettuce
1/4 lb celery
2 tomatoes
1 cucumber
1 onions
6 tbsp Miracle Whip Light

Recipe Directions for Lobster Salad

  1. Chop up all the veggies

  2. The carrots can be done "julian"

  3. Add some salt and black pepper.

  4. Toss.

  5. Add the Miracle Whip Light salad dressing.

  6. Toss again and serve.
