how to log this?

How do you log lifting weights? I am a female and I don't know what to log for when I do weight training. I usually spend about 20 minutes or so on the basic machines and have no idea how many calories I burn when I do this. I was thinking the basic calistenics?

Yea I would use that, or you could try getting a heart rate monitor which records the exact calories you burn.

Use the search box up at the top of the page and type in weight lifting.  Click on the activities button then click search.  It will give you many options to log.  I love my heart rate monitor too!

i log both cardio and weights as fitness club general. keeping things simple.
