I played floor hockey last night and I was trying to figure out the amount of calories I burned. We played two-20 minute halves of which I played about half of that time (because of line changes). Do I just count the activity as the actual time I was playing or for the entire 40 minute game?

I just logged it as jog-walking. It seemed to me like the most accurate thing to do at the time.
although you burn calories standing and watching it should not count . you exercised for 20 minutes.
