Logging Corn on the Cob
I have a question on how to log a corn on the cob. The corn on the cob weighs 290g and I put 1 tablespoon of Brummel & Brown Spread.
How would you log this? What I tried to do the corn was like 300 calories. I know this isn't right... or is it?
this is pretty lame, but you can weigh the corn cob before, then weigh it again after you have eaten the corn off. The difference is how much the corn weighed and you can add that to your food diary.
If that's too much of a pain you could always eat frozen corn kernels.. a lot easier to weigh - though not as tasty!
Hey just plugged corn on the cob into CC's food search and it comes up 44-83 cals (77 grams of kernels) per ear depending on what type (yellow/white) you use.
Then just tally the spread.

I actually thought of that after I ate the corn... maybe next time right =)
thanks everybody for the input.

So you can log your weight -- which allows you to do the following:
- Plot your weight curve
- Analyze the trend of your weight (see under Recent in the figure above)
- Determine the projected target date (see under Overall in the figure above)
