Hey guys I wanted to get y'alls opinion on this
In cheerleading practice every day we stunt (which for those of you who don't know it's lifting girls in the air together as a group and doing different tricks with them) and I'm a base. When I log this exercise should I log it as weight lifting or heavy calisthenics or something completely different? And we also are bending down and pushing all the way up or falling to catch girls (we're doing a lot of new stuff) so I don't know if that has anything to do with it or not but yeah. =]
That's a tough one. If it was me, I would probably log it as heavy calisthenics. Have you checked out the dance catagories. Maybe someting like that would fit best.
