I just switched up my workouts and have started RFFL( almost killed me last night) I had hit a plateau and am trying to mix things up. Can anyone tell me how they log their activity? My previous routine I would log 30-45 min heavy weight lifting, but this seems different. Any thoughts?

Thanks Melkor ( Truman) , I may log as Circiut training in the beginning and see how my deficit works and what fat loss I get from it. I did start off with a lower weight than I am used to, but was erring on the side of caution. I am not the most graceful person and can be downright dangerous to myself when jumping with weight in hand........... Thanks for the input and the great link to RFFL as well.
yep same here, circuits. altho by the 4 week my body adapted to it that i know im burning less calories. so this week (well starting today), im logging it as lifting. im only on a 300 deficit but i think that's even less now, as im not really losing any weight any more. so just watch that as your body adapts, you wont be burning as many calories as before. but my endurance is way up from this. enjoy.
