I noticed very few posts so is this a new forum and is this calorie counter diet new also?

I have no idea what to talk about. I know with food my worst enemy is stress. When I have a bad day I want to eat. Its like a magnetic pull I can not seem to resist. Almost genetic LOL. With this economy being bad and many people being let go without warning at my job my stress level is through the roof and I gained 10 pounds.

Also does anyone have a good idea on hunger control?  Like a low calorie snack that is filling and can help you get threw the day? Also does anyone know the nutritional value of chicken egg fu young. I can not find anything online about it

Hello! I am very new to this but I usually drink a big glass of water if I am having a craving because I read somewhere that your body can turn dehydration into false cravings! I try and eat several small meals per day and snack on celery sticks and a handful of raw nuts. Also if I'm at home and get bored and hungry that means it's workout time! Just at few ideas that work for me!
