I'm on week 2, and I've been wondering about something. It says to do 90 seconds of jogging and 2 minutes of walking for a total of twenty minutes. Does that twenty minutes include the warm-up walk, or is it twenty minutes on top of the warm up walk?

The total is really 30 minutes, 5 min warm up, then 20 minutes of 90 sec jog/2 min walks, followed by 5 min cool down walk. The program always has a 5 min warm up and 5 min cool down.
