hey guys
ive just started a heavy workout schedule again after a very long time
im eating back my calories - well trying too - tummy aches and all and have found that instead of losing my desired inches, my jeans are getting tghter :S
now i know my muscles may be retaining some glycogen or whatever it is they do...but is this normal? and how long before things calm down? am i going to be 'bigger' fo ages or is it a week or two/month thing? it seems i was better off eating 1300 and doing no exercise?
helpp...
thanx

Oh at worst a week or two at best a week. Every time I up my workout I gain 5-10 lbs!!! No kidding! But it's just water, gycogen and junk... drink your water and keep it up.
The best part is when it comes Down! for me I started at 194, went up to 198, then in about 2 weeks dropped all the way to 187... now I upped my workout again and i am at 192... Can't Wait to see what happens next. Stick with it this is normal.
ohh okie dokie
thanx, its my birthday in feb and i didnt want to be/feel uncomfortable for my big nite out
