No longer contributing to America's Obesity epidemic!

Hey all!

I just wanted to crow a little. :)  I hit 196 yesterday (196.0 to be exact) and with that I am officially at BMI=29.  No more obesity label for me!  WHOO HOO!

BTW - I'm in the midst of a little head cold from my kids.  I worked out anyway yesterday although I wasn't able to hit my same levels of effort and only burned 415 calories.  I hate being sick and it may take some extra efforts to keep my butt going to the gym each day like this.  Hopefully it will be gone soon.

Thanks for listening,

Robyn

Congratulations!
Congrats robynanne!! Great work!

That's my next goal - I hope to be making the same kind of post in October!
Hey Trust - I'm 5'8" too!  I started at 229 back in April so we're pretty close!  You'll make it!  Isn't it crazy how sometimes it seems like you're flying through the pounds and sometimes NOTHING is changing?
I just broke out of obesity too =)  I am officially 173 this morning (I am shorter than y'all).  Congratulations and I hope you don't mind the piggy back post.
Congrats Rachel!

Doesn't it feel great?!
great job!

as far as being sick goes, i hope you feel better.... remember to take it easy so your body can heal itself, and it's actually best to stop exercising altogether while you're sick if you start to feel symptoms below your neck (nausea, etc)- but i think yoga would still be okay, to keep your body in the workout habit if that happens, and you're up to it
Wow you guys, that is great!!
Congrats!  Isn't it great moving from one BMI classification to a smaller one?  :)  Enjoy.  ::throws confetti::
Wow Beanie!  You look great!  I was just visiting your profile, that's an amazing job!

(I love all the ren fest too - hubby and I got married at the ren fest in full costume along with all our wedding party.)
