Look out below scale is going out the window!
I am done with weigh ins....I do very well when I just eat!
I posted a few weeks back that I was going to Vegas and I better gain weight!
Was in Vegas two days for work and ate at a buffet every meal..they are soooo good!
The Tuesday I was there I ate four buffets....Two in the morning at the Vegas Hilton one at Planet Holly wood for lunch and Bellagio at dinner!
I also had about 15 Ultra's each night!
Came home and was all ready to see an extra few lbs...I lost a half pound!
Now I have been home and eating normal..about 2800 cal a day sometimes 3K and my weight stays the same...time to up calories and throw out the scale as there just is no rhyme or reason to water retention etc.
