yep, looks pretty good to me.  you'll probably get suggestions on very detailed things you could do to improve from some other people but overall it looks basically good. you have fruits, veggies, whole grains and protein.  maybe have a small salad at lunch to get some more veggies in....

protein, fiber, vitamins...looks perfect.

Im a boring eater too..subway makes up about half of my diet. ;)

It doesn't have to be complicated to be good.  I eat about the same except I usually have a small desert in the evening and do a Cliff bar in the morning instead of cereal.  (Cereal makes me hungry all day)  Your analysis should look pretty good.  If not, adjust the proportions of the different foods - but the foods themselves look great!

Looks fine to me.   Do branch out from time to time and try a new food, if you can.  The biggest reason a lot of people give up on weight-loss is sheer boredom!  Best of luck

I would add more protien to bfast (try kashi go lean, it has about 13 grams of protein per serving) and replace the nutri grain bars with something else since they are so high in sugar and have no protien.  hummus and veggies would be good, or greek yogurt and fruit.. I eat 100 cal packs of almonds for a snack.. just a suggestion.

I would agree with replacing the nutrigrain bars with something else. They are not as healthy as they seem. Try a small bag of carrots, hard boiled egg, apple, string cheese (although high in sodium), or bag of nuts. There are lots of things to spice up the diet a little.
