alright. i'm 22, female and 5'4", 105 pounds.

i'm trying to maintain my weight, eat healthy and get toned.

here is what i ate today:

breakfast
egg in a basket w/ an organic egg on whole grain honey oat bread
mug green tea

snack

granny smith apple

lunch
curried kale w/ tofu
half avocado
small low fat cherry oat bran muffin

snack
baby carrots
two servings rosemary and olive oil triscuits

dinner
six inch veggie delight on nine grain wheat (w/o cheese)
vitamin water 10

snack
bowl honey sweetened toasted oats mixed w/ puffed wheat w/ plain soy milk
