Where to look for health/nutrition information?
So I'm pretty good now at staying within (or close to) my 1500 calorie limit for the day, but I still feel like I eat too much dessert/junk food instead of healthier foods. I think that part of the reason for this is just a lack of knowledge on my part. I've become really interested in health and nutrition lately, but there's so much conflicting information available that it's hard to know where to start. Does anyone have any suggestions, or know of any good, reliable websites for information on health and nutrition (besides this one)? Thanks in advance! :)
