Looking to add more fiber into your diet?
I got this in an email. It's a link for suggestions to add more fiber into your diet. It's a well put together online grocery store kind of animation. You learn a little a bit about each food, the calories per serving and you can print off the list you compile. That way next time you go to the store you'll be ready with a list of fiber rich foods.
