Looking for advice on frozen "TV" dinners

Over half the time at work I will have a frozen dinner for lunch.  I have only tried a couple like healthy choice and lean cuisine.  I was wondering what people think is the best choice when it comes to frozen dinners.

I really love lean pockets; the utra supreme pizza is wheat and has 210 calories and 7 gms of fat.

healthy choice chicken alfredo is pretty good, I add a little more garlic and lots of pepper cuz it is a little bland.

I buy these bean & cheese burritos 3 for a dollar at the grocery store and they are good with low-fat sour cream, 280 cal 4 gms fat

Tuna salad isn't frozen, obviously, but it's easy to make and very healthy: Can of tuna, 2 tbs fat-free mayo (or lite), 2 celery stalks, 2 oz of diced onion, 1 tsp mustard, 1 hard boiled egg, on 7 grain bread.  Makes about 4 sandwiches at 175 cal each

Steak fries (make sure to check the bag) 8 fries for 120 cal and 3 gms fat (I usually am in a hurry at night so I microwave them for a minute then through them in the oven on broil for 3 minutes and they are yummy)

I like the healthy choice country herb chicken. it comes with chicken, veggies, potatoes and a cherry crisp dessert for only 240 calories
I like both lean cuisine and smart ones by weight watchers. Lean cuisine has really good pizzas and paninis and smarts ones has a really good chicken enchilada. The South Beach Diet meals are pretty good and are loaded with protein and fiber.

I also like to get the bags of birdseye steam fresh veggies and Ill eat the whole bag with chicken.
Trader Joes has some yummy rice bowls...  Check the nutritional information, because some of them are really low and some are pretty high.

Thanks for all your advice!! I'll be trying some of your suggestions.  I got in the habit of getting the same thing and was really getting tired of it.  So I appreciate the help.
The Kashi frozen meals are really tasty.

Lean Cuisine rocks my socks.

sashabee: Kashi has frozen meals?!?! *runs to store*
La Commensal has some super good ones ... but I think they're only sold in Canada.
Amy's burritos are delicious and filling. They are about 300 calories. My favorite is the country chicken meal that was mentioned earlier. :)
Kashi Sweet and Sour Chicken

Lean Cuisine Baked Chicken LC Herb Roasted Chicken

Healthy Choice Grilled Chicken and white meat HC Anything turkey
smartones thai chicken rice noodle (when i was eating meat).  yum.
lean cuisine BBQ chicken pizza
lean cuisine sante fe style rice & beans
thai kitchen (well not frozen but pretty much you just use the microwave) thai peanut noodle carton thing
lean cuisine - any of the cafe classic bowl things.  if theres a caesar salad one its really good unless im making it up i can't remember haha.

good luck
kashi and Amy's are by far the best frozen meals i have encountered. i've also switched to bringing my own salad to work and then buying Green Giant vegetables. they make them in a pouch that you just stick in the microwave for like 4 minutes. then you have a serving of veggies for 100 cals. might be a nice break from frozen meals.
Amy's is perfection.  x.x
Amy's and Low Fat Cederlane are the best I've found!

i also like the Lean Cuisine pizzas and paninis
I like the south beach Diet PIzzas they are pretty good.
Kashi = The Bomb. Effin' expensive, though! Try to find them on sale and then buy heaps of 'em.

I haven't tried kashi, amy's or the south beach diet frozen meals because I can't afford them. I've decided to be very careful about the frozen meals I buy as well, because if you look at the nutrition grade on them, most of them are C's.
