LOL - I read the 5'3" bit and thought OOH OOH I'm a fan of losing 20lbs ... but then I read the rest and I think at 120lbs you're FINE. I'm 185lbs ... now THAT is blobby lol ... but yeah, I lack motivation, although visiting here daily is beginning to help and just make me more aware.
yep! i'm 5'2 110-112, haven't weighed in week or so but i've been around this weight for awhile and i'm having a hard time motivating myself to lose a few more pounds. i don't want to lose 20 b/c that would be totally unhealthy, but 5-10 would be good. i have a small frame and have been healthy at this weight before, before everyone jumps down my throat...haha. i know that i'm healthy i would just look better with a few less on me. i already workout alot so i have muscle tone, i just need to relax in the eating department haha.
I am 5"3 and belive me when i tell you you should not be 110 pounds. That is really unhealthy. For your height 120 is actually a very optimal weight. The recommended weight is about 127. Why dont you try muscle toning if you are unhappy with the appearance of your body. Going to 110 lbs is for pure vanity reasons and not health reasons. You can actually really hurt your body in the long run screwing up your metabolic functions and fertility. You also could find yourself anemic or iron deficient. Not something you want to have to deal with just to stay in those size 2's.
Take this advice--tone and stop worrying about your weight...that number is one most of us can wish for!
please don't try to lose 20 pounds. 100 pounds on someone 5'3" is gross.
