Hey guys, 

 My name is Michelle and I'm 20 years old. I have about 35-40 pounds to lose and my goal is to get it off by July 19th. (an anniversary for me) I hope to wear a bikini on this day for the first time!

If anyone has similar goals who'd like to keep in touch and possibly we can even help each other get through it, let me know.

Hey, if you need a friend on here, I'd be happy to give some encouragement. I'm attempting to lose roughly 30 pounds for the sake of being healthier and feeling better. The more people we can get on board to encourage each other, the better off we'll all be.

I have very simular goals.. I would like to lose 40 lbs.. I am a maid of honor in my best frieds wedding on July 27th so I would like to do it by then... What are you doing to lose the weight? I have been watching my calorie intake and going to the gym at least 3 days per week some times more...

I've started taking vitamins. Omega 3-6-9, ginseng, chromium, and calcium. I'm going to get some Vitamin D as well.  I carry a full water bottle with me all day, Ive cut out all junk (although a treat now and again can never hurt:P) And I went from 3 meals a day to six small meals. I started this site and I don't "officially" start working my but off (literally) til Monday.  I'll be keeping track of all my food and weighing in once a week. Trying to keep myself as educated as possible and working hard. 

I used to be a runner (3 years ago...sigh) and I stopped running when I graduated so I really want to start running again. Not so easy to just go for it, (quit smoking new years eve - so far so good) but I wrote up a plan to start easy and keep working until I can run like I used to. Not so much for the weight loss, but that's an added benefit.:P

What about yourself? And Lets make a deadline to have the weight off, maybe post how much we've lost and just go from there? I'm loving it

Hi, I just noticed we have the same goal date and wanted to say hello and can I join in! I am getting married on July 19th and am hoping to lose about 30 lbs by then. I just restarted Monday...after getting engaged and setting a date back in October, my mom passed away and that totally screwed me up, and I have actually gained 10 lbs since then. But now I really need something to make me feel good again and I am hoping this is it! I am eating 5 small meals a day (or trying to anyways!) and working out at least 4 times a week. What type of workouts are you guys doing? I already know I am going to need something more than walking the dogs and denise austin videos....
Mee Too!! I'd like to lose 30 but would settle for 20 and still be able to get into those old jeans I still have. (in the "I have a dream" side of my closet) This is my first official diet; I've had horrible eating habits thanks to an even worse job, so keeping the weight off was no problem. A back injury changed all that and now I'm home, not moving as much and 30 pounds later here I am.
