Im 26 years Old and Im 5'1" yes im short with some lbs on me..

i weight 164 and im trying to get to 115 - 120ish.. i have two children and trying to loose loose loose these lbs.. i had very horrible eating habits.. but since May 4th i have been on a diet eating about 800 calories even some days less.. with excercise..

 

This week need motivation, Eating right but not as much work out!

If you need to loose about 40lbs... I would love to give support as well..

Well in the morning I usually drink a slim fast because I am on the go and when I get to work I have a orange and a bannana and then for lunch I will eat a lean cuisine meal because it's cheaper then me going out and at night we minimize how much we cook so no left overs. I even found soups by Cambells that only have 80-140 calories that arnt that bad.. There Healthy choice. Then for snack a yogert and then for dinner baked chicken and a veggie but if you use the spray butter the is no calories.

A lady had told me the proper amount of water you should intake is your weight in ounces / by 2 and that is how many cups you will need to drink for Example:

So, 184 lb / 2 = 92

 92 ounces is 11.5 cups J per day (.72 gallons)

More won’t hurt, just flushes the bad stuff out 

 

 That alone keeps me full and walking fat to the bathroom.... LOL So just by doing this daily keeps me around 600- 700 calories a day. I guess it's just training your body to eat smaller portions

Your right i actually had alot of ppl tell me that 800 was really low i understand but i think if i wouldnt have done the 800 calories a day i will still be junking my stomach..

But im glad now i can eat and i get FULL SUPER FAST!!!

Your meals dont sound too bad! does slim fast keep you full? and is that good for you ?

I just started drinking it It keeps me full untill lunch. But better then my starbucks every morning. Umm on the food log it's rated a B+ so I guess it's okay. I think 800 is just fine. I am one of those girls that will eat a hamburger instead of a salad but now it's teaching me to eat better.

I know if we all stick to it we can do it. Today for lunch I had my lean cusizine speggetti with meat sause and I couldnt even finish it so I know my stomich is shrinking.. For dinner I am making baked chicken with fresh green beans and apple sause. So that will keep me under 800 calories.

Im with you on that every body and person is different and i can say 800 did good for me and now im going up now!!!

Ill try it then good start !!! now im trying to see what i snack on to fill the calories like an apple bananas but jeesh im so full !!! Smile

how's it going vanessa? sounds like you've got some more buddies for this journey!  amanda makes a great point about the water intake... i have to work on that.  i'm very bad about drinking...

but i am addicted to smoothies! it helps me get in my fruits and veggies, water, and even some calories, too!  i use water, but i'm sure you could do skim milk or fat free lactaid, bananas, strawberries, a squirt of chocolate syrup and some ice and enjoy it that way!  i add some protein powder enriched with vitamins and minerals, too.  mix it up with any combo you like... they are pure heaven!  (this one is low carb or i'd be gaining weight instead of losing)

i agree with you... sounds like our new friend amanda really makes use of her calories! 

nice to meet you amanda!  good luck to you on your journey as well!  those cooking sprays are fantastic!

thanks re: the pic!  i loved it when i saw it.  i should probably upload some of myself, but they arent realistic cause i basically stopped letting people take pics of me when i gained weight! anything i upload would be a misrepresentation i think.  vanessa - your family pics are great.  the black and white one is very nice and your kids are adorable.

dinner yesterday was great except the soy sauce.  that killed my sodium intake for the day!  just a small lean grilled steak, rice noodles and sugar snap peas.  i am obsessed with the george foreman grill, especially since i live in an apartment.  did my usual track routine - speed walking and weights but tried walking backwards for 1/2 mile and it was FUN! lol

i use a protein shake from the supermarket - eas myoplex lite.  but it's honestly a personal preference.  i think slimfast works just as well most likely.  it just isnt filling for me.  i'm also lactose intolerant - so that might have been another problem i had when i did slimfast but dont remember.

so how do you girls do on the weekend?

Well i had Pork Chops, Rice and some beans and a salad..

I did my running i'm able to do more and more each day! so thats good!

You should put some pictures up! Thats why we are here to LOOSE THE WEIGHT!

This weekend im planning to WORK OUT!!! the other weekends i just seem to rest and not work out!! So this weekend my goal is to get up and work out!!!

but more than likely stay home the weather in NC is not too good.. Its Raining!Smile

in nj... we'd love to move out of state but jobs keep us here for now at least.  i am actually jobhunting... so all i have is school right now.  but that actually keeps me really busy so i'm looking for part-time work!

Sorry really busy at work and was unable to chat with you guys today. But, I live in TEXAS WoW a big flat land I was born In California and apperently my Father thought this was the place to be so now Im here for a while.

Last night dinner was Good.. This morning didnt have time to eat but for lunch I had my lean cuizine. Thats crazy you say your in accounting because for the longest time I was taking classes to be a accoutent and just wasnt able to finish my degree but, that a good thing your good with numbers.

It's real easy to keep up with the water intake once you start.... I have to be at work till about 8 pm tonight have a big project Im working on and I keep getting called into meetings and actually I have one at 2:30....

The good thing about my job is its flexable so I can come and go as I please no set hours just you better make sure your job is done... Well This weekend really nothing planned besides Yard Sale shopping I am gay I love to find a bargin..... Well hope to here from you soon...

I tried smoothy factory and love those and there healthy and low cal but hate they open late on the weekends Im usually in work before they open on week days... But there good..

i LOVE a bargain... live for them! Laughing enjoy and make sure you let us know if you find anything good out there!

i used to keep granola bars in my desk at work for when i ran out without grabbing breakfast.  maybe that's an option for you, just so you dont miss a meal, especially with your hectic days!  they have some pretty delicious trail mix bars too.

OH! i just read your profile - do you like COUNTRY music by any chance?  i had similar dreams to travel the world, but i grew out of that mindset a bit.  i'd like to travel, but am happy to do so for leisure rather than work.

Ya Bargain shopping is what Im all about for EVERYTHING and craigslist LOVE it I have gotten so many great deals its unreal My home is like a magazine and I love it because no one can ever guess that I got things on sale... Well I let you know what I find..
