Looking for some calorie count buddies!!
I am a 28 y/o female, I currently weigh 250 and I am 5'5." Looking for people with similar (or even different) goals. I am wanting to lose about 100 pounds to put me at a goal weight of 150.

Hey Gals, welcome to CC! I can't say enough wonderful things about this place. I've been here for a while and I'm slowly losing weight. I started at 260ish 2 years ago and I'm now at 189. I still have a long way to go...my ultimate goal is 145, but I don't know if I'll ever see that so right now I'm shooting for 175 by Halloween.

Hello ladies
I'm Nicci. I'm a SAHM of 3 also. 1.5, 3.5, and 9.5. I'm 30 and started at 240 (my highest) . I'm down to 204. Only 64lbs to go. This is round 2 for me. I lost in between the last two kids. The Dr gave me the Ok for a VLC diet and it has been working I'm now at the point where he will make me go to a reg. low cal diet and I'm ready. I normally walk for exercise but until the 4 days I have had rain. The sun is out and I can start agian.
What days do you all do weight in. do you take measurements? I have been doing both. I weight in on Fri and measure up on Mon.
I would love to post to ya'll here as a group. This way we can cheer each other on.
