i'm pretty close to your age and starting weight (22, 180) and i'm also an apple - but i just started on my plan am only 4 days in. great job on getting as far as you are right now and keep it up! :)
Hey, not an exact twin but close. I'm 24, SW of 179, CW of 173, my goal is in the 120's. I'm about 2 weeks into this. I'm willing to have friends at all stages of the journey though.
