What are some things you are looking forward to when you finally get the body you want?

Some of mine are:

Wearing a bikini (with pride!).

Horseback riding.

Fitting into my wedding ring.

Shopping in skinny stores.

Not fidgiting with my clothes.

Not being afaraid to meet new people or see old ones from my past.

Stop getting the "He's with her?" look.

RUN!

Not be the "fat" friend anymore.

Go clothes SHOPPIING!!! (My husband has promised me 3000 dollars for when I hit my goal weight!)

Feel Ok Eating in public.

I could go on and on and on! :o)

I thought of a couple more!

LOL...

Go up the stairs without breathing hard.

Be on top! :o)~ (without feeling like I am going to crush him)
I want all my old skinny clothes to fit.  I'm tired of muffin tops.
Oh...

I want to pick that one too!
Altho I don't have a lot of weight to lose, the issues are the same.

Being able to tuck a blouse into jeans, wear a belt and not worry about the muffin top thing.

Not having to constantly adjust cltohes, does this blouse cover my butt enough, etc.

summer t shirts and polo shirts - not having to worry if they are heavy enough material that no "roll" will show through.

Silly little things that no one else would probably even notice - God knows I see enough muffin tops when I am out and about - some are the HUGE sized muffins, at that. heh heh....

GOod luck all..

Sue.

I want to never again hear my friend look at a XXL shirt and say "You could definetly fit into that" (that hurts BAD)

I want to make me boyfriend take double looks when he sees me.

I want to be comfortable in my own body again.

A bathing suit!!!

I want to be as pretty as I imagine I am.

I want to restore my confidence, knowing that I fought to be healthy.

I want to make guys look, but not honk! I hated it when they honked.

I want to not constantly be checking my shirt to make sure NO skin is showing.

I want to sit criss cross without worrying my belly is hanging over.

I want to try out gymnastics when I hit my goal weight

Clothes-wise;

SEXY bathing suit!!!

Shorts, mini skirts, tank tops, belly shirts....

and....most of all....

a sundress.....

And hopefully by the time I hit my goal weight, I'll be able to run 5 miles straight <3
*bump*

There are a lot of things I'm looking forward to but the top one is just feeling good about myself and my body! But there are lots of trivial other things that I'm sure everyone else will understand

strutting around in a bikini without wondering if everyone is looking at my massive thighs

wearing skirts!

no belly fat hanging over my pants when I sit down

And I really want my boyfriend to not be able to keep his eyes off me. I'm pretty sure he is already like that, but I don't feel good enough about myself to admit it.

Can't wait for all of those things!

I love this post.  I'm looking forward to...

  • being thin for the first time in my entire life!
  • wearing dresses and skirts; sleeveless and spaghetti strap tops, form-fitting tops
  • going to the beach without wearing a shirt and shorts over my suit!
  • not just being a nice girl, but a smoking hot girlfriend...making my next bf's friends jealous
  • having my body mass match my natural body frame (I had no idea I had such a small frame)
  • showing off my hourglass figure (that I never knew I had)

110 pounds down, 30-40 left to go!

  • Sleeveless tops and dresses
  • Bathing suits
  • Clothes shopping without getting depressed and actually finding something that FITS!
  • Looking and feeling sexy
  • Not worrying about being too heavy when I sit on my boyfriend's lap
  • Belly ring!
  • Being the sexy biker chick on the back of my boyfriend's Harley (instead of the dumpy fat chick like I am now)

Some of things I am looking forward to:

  1. wearing anything i want
  2. wearing a bikini
  3. get back into my leather pants
  4. wear my favorite harley jacket
  5. belly ring
  6. feeling and looking sexy
  7. not buying big girl clothes to hide my gut!
  8. walking around anywhere and everywhere without my ankles hurting!!
  9. buying awesome work clothes-i will not buy new work clothes until i lose this frigging weight and i am soooooooooo sick of wearing the same things.
  10. The list could go on and on!!!!

I love these kinds of lists. Let me see...

  1. Being smaller than my ex's current wife. (She always likes to talk about how athletic she is.)
  2. Carrying my soon-to-be four-year-old son upstairs without breathing hard.
  3. Getting back into clothes I've not worn in 10 years.
  4. Wearing a swimsuit WITHOUT the cover-up.

When some cute guy says something flirty to me, I don't want my first thought to be "He must be talking to somebody else..."

I will have my bikini body and get my backpiece...

Then show off my stunning abs and glorious new ink all summer!

As silly as it sounds, I'll finally be able to be one of those girls out on goth/industrial night at the club that can look good in electrical tape and a latex skirt... and nothing else.

I'll be able to collect on a bet made last summer with my father that I couldn't do a handstand by this midsummer (which he'll have forgotten about til he sees me).

I won't just be the smart, "She'd be pretty if she just lost ten pounds" friend, I'll be the "And she's smart, too?!" main attraction.

I won't feel embarrassed by being out of breath after dancing to just two songs.

Fifteen pounds and then tone, tone, tone! Whooo!

I am looking forward to fitting into baby doll tops without people wondering, "Is she expecting?"  I am also looking forward to fitting into my old clothes that hang in my closet waiting for the old me to return.

I used to have this weird habit of losing weight during the cold weather and gaining weight during swimsuit season, but now I am struggling with both.  I am definitely looking forward to losing all this extra weight and being able to say, "I did it!"

Me too!  I'm really looking forward to getting back into my old jeans...and I mean OLD...like 18 years old!  I can't wait to be able to buy (and wear) cute clothes again...no more stretchy pants!
seeing myself at a healthy weight (which i have NEVER been)

running

buying a pair of jeans...pants...shorts....bottoms that are in the REGULAR sized section...not plus sized....

*keeping my fingers crossed* wearing a normal sized bra that doesn't have to be specially ordered
I look forward to *Buying things that are not from Lane Bryant, Avenue, Catherines, or the plus size section of Macy's. Clothes for *normal* women are so much cheaper. *Feeling sexy when my husband and I go out instead of looking around at all the other women in the club and thinking how 2 of them = 1 of me *being able to cross my legs at the thighs and not at the ankles. *People not asking me how many children I have, and then being surprised by my figure when I say 0. Like it's okay for me to be obese if I have had kids, but since I dont the attitude is like "WHAT HAPPENED?" *Most importantly --Being healthy and not having my parents' obesity related health problems.
