Hey all you cool people at CC!!

Hope you're all well and well on your way to weight loss / management!

I'm looking for friends and support in my weight loss journey. I'm 27, female, work in an office making a very sedenatry lifestyle :( , single and need to lose about 82 pounds. Please visit my profile page for more details and see if you would like a weight loss buddy :)

Hi! I would like to be your weight loss buddy.  I am also 27, female, and work in an office, sitting at the computer for most of the day.  I have started trying to walk more at work - go and visit people at their desk instead of calling them on the phone whenever possible. I am married (about 1.5 years ago) and need to lose another 88 lbs.  What really got me motivated to lose weight is when my husband told me that he was within 10 lbs of my weight.  I really don't want to weigh more than my husband!! I started with CC about 2.5 weeks ago, and have lost 4lbs so far.  Slow going, but better than still seeing that scale number climbing!

Hey llabbe312 !! I'd love to be your weightloss buddy. We are more or less in the same situation. I'm going sooooooooo slow in weight loss too but I know I'm not gaining back any weight that I have already lost and slow and steady wins the race :)

Im jus focusing on not giving up right now and making small changes since I have started this journey recently.

Walking really works for me ... so far. So im jus trying to be honest in my calorie count and walking daily.

Hi, ladies! got room for one more? I just turned 28 on the 11th of this month. I am a single mom of two wonderful kids. I work as an x-ray tech, for a local hospital.  I started my journey weighing in at 272 2 days after the birth of my daughter. I am not down to 176. my goal is 153-157 area. The biggest help to my weight loss? I walked I mapped out a mile using my car and now I walk thee loop, I just got  golds gym memebership since I live in colorado and it is far to cold to keep up my routine.   I stopped exercising totally for about a 9 months but i kept the weight off even thru the holidays and birthdays. that I think I the biggest test. I was wondering you guys know your blood types? My mom had me read eat right for you blood type and while i dont follow it religously It was a big help!!!!   I am A+ which says that I am more of a vergetarian and many meets are toxic to me.. that explains why I felt so awful after a steak dinner. I  have pnlenty of advice to share.. with yall and could use some support while I lug myself out to the gym.

Hi Ladies! I'd love to be encouragement buddies with all of you! I'm 27 and I'm a teacher in South Korea. I'm about 10 lbs from my goal. I would love to encourage all of you and it would be great if you could remind me not to mindlessly eat when I get home at the end of the day and to get up in the morning to exercise. :) 

butterfly2081 I'm a vegetarian too! Maybe we can share some recipe ideas! And congrats on all of your weight loss so far! It sounds like you are doing an awesome job!
