Hey thats great news, its absolutely great to get a friend and that too from india on the first day.......... anyways lets keep motivating each other and see how much we can achieve. i've been really good today and i'm trying my best to keep my hands off that packet of chips which i know is sitting in the kitchen!!

can't wait to tell you i lose 5 lb in 2 weeks i feel great i drop 1 size in 2 weeks. i am joint Medical weight loss in Dr. office. with weekly meeting. i got much information and i just follow step by step. it's not hard at all. my Dr. told me it's not lbs it's size and measurement of your body. i am not too heavy but i like to get in shape and fit in my nice cloths. i am so excited about this program. i love give more information who's looking for help to reduce fat and BMI.
My doctor also told me I need to reduce the fat and my BMI. I am also working on my cholesterol. How does this work?
do Detox 1 week don't take any pill for detox. there is some food to eat and some do not eat for exmple eat more vagetable , drink more water , tea and fat-free vaegetable broth. during detox don't get hungery eat more vegtable. eat fresh, not canned or fozen. this is just a temporary way of eating - so just bite the bullet beside you will also be cleansing you palate so you will learn to enjoy the pure, natural flavors of food on the ating plan to come. eat raw if possible, but if you choose to prepare foods. steam or saute vegetable in a little vagetable broth. girll or broil.

How are you doing ? I hope very well.
This week I started at a new job. Right now, I has both a positive and a negative side. The good part is that I am reducing my food cravings and snaks throught out the day ( at home, I have more food around), but the negative part is that I reduced my physical activity.
I don't want to gain weight cause of this lack of exercise. Some advise ????
