THE FIRM!

Turbo Jam. VERY effective.

Also, Quick Fix - Total Mix.

I love the Shape magazine set of DVDs. I own 3 of them and they are wonderful. Some have mini workouts for concentrated areas of the body for when you're time crunched too. Love em! I bought a few online and one at a Target store.

They're kind of off the wall but I love the strip aerobics DVDs.  It offers everything from aerobic dance to simple cardio.  There is a set of six so you can switch it up and never feel bored.

Some of my favorites are the Winsor Pilates ones, Cardio Salsa, Billy Blanks Tae Bo and Hip Drop Hip Hop Belly Dancing.  They are fun and give you a great workout, too!

I really like Tae Bo and Turbo Jam for cardio.  For something a little different, Power Yoga is great (I prefer the Rodney Yee DVDs).

I have to go with Tae Bo all the way. Billy Blanks is great at getting me motivated.

The Ministry of Sound Pump It Up DVDs...great music, fun moves and a serious workout to boot!  It flies in and gets results.

I also like The Hotpants Workout with Dan Brown, it's a little less challenging maybe.

Or for toning, especially stomach, there's the Yogalates DVDs

:)

Gilad! he can motivate you on your worst days. i used to watch him on fit tv but i don't get it anymore so i now buy his dvd's. he has soo many, go to overstock or amazon. i got the quickfit system (4 dvds), cuts and curves, total body sculpt and bodies in motion (oldies but goodies)

Tae Bo kicks my butt every time!  I sweat more doing that than anything else.

thanks everybody! I actually found a tae bo bootcamp dvd at the library I'm going to try to start out! (other than that the library selection is very slim)

I went to the bookstore to take a look at some others and the DVDs were pretty expensive for only a 45min or so workout on some of them! I ended up looking on youtube and found a bunch of workout segments that looked interesting, dunno if anyone has tried them.    There are at: http://www.youtube.com/user/sparkpeople
