Looking for a good seafood recipe

I want to make a low calorie meal with some kind of seafood.  I am making for a child.  However the child is not too picky.  I would like to have a nice dinner with him any ideas.

How about a shrimp dish?  They are easy to prepare and go with so many things.

Try shrimp kabobs on the grill with veggies.   Or you can use scallops and shrimp or just scallops

Or take a zucchini, cut in half lengthwise, take out the insides sautee up the insides with some onion, garlic when the middle is cooked add shrimp till it is cooked ( or you can use precooked) finally bread crumbs, use chicken broth to moisten it, and make a stuffing, put back into zucchini shell, cover and back about a half hour, 45 minutes at 325 depending on the size of your Zuc. last five minutes remove cover, sprinkle with some mozzerella cheese ( or what ever cheese you like) and bake till it melts

My kids all time favorites... Fish sandwiches.......which I now bake instead of fry....    or you could do fish and chips... bread the fish and bake,  and for the chips... microwave a couple of potatoes, till 90 percent done, let them cool, cut into about 4 quarter, brush with olive oil and season to your taste... bake on cookie sheet to crisp them up while you are baking the fish..  or put on the grill...  they are awesome on the grill!

and last but not least... the easiest.. cold shrimp and  a veggie tray with what ever your preferences for dipping and a bottle of sparking cider with wine glasses to make it special..
