Can anyone  make some recommendations?  Or - is there a website that will list recommended foods?

Boneless, skinless chicken breast or turkey breast fit that description.  So do egg whites and low fat or fat free dairy products, like cottage cheese.
Tuna! Tuna is great for that. 60 cals for 1/2 a can (packed in water)...tons of protein. You can put it on bread or even better - mix it in with your salad
Beans, lentils and hummus!!!!  Beans and rice make a perfect protein when eaten together!!!.  Also, wild salmon, sardines, 92% lean bison.

I had to order the bison on line and it is a great substitute for beef.  All my order is for ground bison and I use it in spaghetti, tacos, patty for a bison burger.  The package on the bison says it is only 48 calories per 4 oz serving, if you get the 92% lean.  Supposed to be very easy to digest.  Expensive, but I like it and am very pleased with it.
grass fed beef is supposed to be really low to, but i'm not sure how low. i know you can get it at any whole foods type market.
Thank you all!  THis has been very helpful.  I had a tuna steak for lunch today - which I love, but can't eat it every day or lunch and dinner.  I like the canned tuna option as well.

Redrock - I might struggle with your recommendations as I don't like beans, lentils or sardines.  BUt salmon and hummus is good.  I haven't tried Bison but I'll have to give it a shot.

Thanks again all!
