it should be a motivation
use it in a good way ;)
It should only be depressing if you think you cannot do anything about your current situation, but you are here, so clearly you CAN and ARE doing something about losing weight. So chin up, use the pics of motivation of how gorgeous you really are and know that with some more hard work, which you have already begun, you can achieve your goals.

Pin the photo up and use it to MOTIVATE. Don't let the photos of the thinner you do the opposite to what they should do!
think of it this way, as you once were you shall be again

you can do it! I was always camera-shy even when i was thin so i don't have a very clear mental image of what i would look like, which i think would help motivate me- use it as motivation!
Ha I did the same thing a while back and I used to think I was so fat...if I knew then damn
Foxymama...... I KNOW, HUH!!! I was like 115 two years ago and I thought I was SOOOOO FAT!!! I can't even BELIEVE I thought that!
I did the same thing! I used to think I was HUGE, and I looked back at old pictures - I was just the right size then... Why did I think that? I wish I could go back!
