Looking for somone to push me!

I was on here seaching and this is what I need.  I am hoping that there is somone out there that can be like a weight loss buddy to me.  I am 26 years old and I currently weigh 194.  I had been pregnant for the past two years and I am ready to get my body back.  My goal at this point (yet not the ending goal) is 170.  I would love to find someone or a few people for that matter who could dedicate themselves to encouraing me to continue.  [Of course this will NOT be one sided] I will encourage you too! This is what I am looking for:

I need someone who can be on here every day encouraging me and motivating me to make the right choices. I want someone who is not affraid to stand up to me and let me have it if I screw up.  I want to be held accountable for the food I eat and any exercise I do.

Currently I eat many carbs and I want to change.  I will not turn away any suggestions, etc. I am willing to change! I have to! I am ready and completely dedicated! I enjoy doing work out videos so that I can still be in the house with my babies.  I don't do this everyday, but I know if I had a buddy to encourage me and kind of compete with I would give it my all.

Is there anyone out there that will help me?  Is there any one out there that needs the same?  Please let me know asap!

Hi, I would be willing to be your diet buddy, if you like. I was looking for the same thing myself just the other day, but no one has replied to my post, either.

I am 43, mother of 5. My highest weight was 5 years or so ago at almost 200 pounds. I took it all off and have kept it off for a few years now, current weight about 115-120. For the past month, I've been not able to exercise because I've had major surgery and am healing slowly, so it's been tough, being stuck in the house, with the younger kids, and all the food.........

.......you know how that goes, right?

My problem is much the same as yours, I love the carbs, but without being able to exercise like I like to - and I'm a real gym rat, I am - I've probably gained about 8 pounds this month. It doesn't sound like a lot, but it's a bummer.

Just leave me a message and let me know if I'd be a decent "daily check in" buddy for you. I realize our ages and lifestyles might be very different, but maybe that doesn't matter to you?

I would love to buddy up because I need the help too.  My highest weight was 235.  Currently I'm at 168.  I've bounced back between 165 and 170 for months now. 

I'm usually on here once a day and have no problems giving a little push if you can push back.  It really helps to keep motivated if you have a buddy.

Hi, I would like to be your weight loss buddy as well. I don't mind signing on and helping people out. I'm on here a everyday a few times a day just to keep an eye on other post I've started, and chat on some of these post many people have started. I like to learn new things, and I've learn so much from this site. You can do it. I see you have the drive to do it. I've been working on me for almost 2 years now.. And I have lost a lot of weight, and is still working on the last few pounds. We all have set backs, and set ups.. But we get back on the wagon, and keep on pushing for the Gold.

Starting weight.. 226, and ending weight will be must be 135, and I am not going to stop until I get it.

Current weight.. I've gain some over the holidays... 146- and I am pushing, and will keep on pushing.

I just recentley started my diet and my starting weight is 149 and my goal weight is 120.  I wish you luck and will be here for you.Smile

 

Make sure you excercise and eat well as possible and say NO to fatty foods.

I started cc at 230+, today at 154.   It;s been hard, but it is SO WORTH IT.   I am frustrated lately with the scale ----  original goal weight was 150 and I am so close, but like morningsend said, I am bouncing between 153 and 156 right now, have been for at least a month.   ( :    BUT I will get there, and I caught a glance of myself in a mirror I have never seen myself in, and thought, "wow.  is that me?"  and I smiled and it was, but I thought I looked good -- fit, healthy, dare I say it, in shape??  I felt hot.  and that feels good.
