Vegetarian

Hey there. I am looking for vegetarians in their 20s looking to lose those last 5-10 pounds by June. I just thought it might be nice to have a little support group with the same situation/goals. I have joined a few groups but they always get so big and overloaded and I stop caring. I am doing this with the hope that a small, specialized group will be more motivating and will hold me more accountable.

Here are my stats.

  • Age 23 (24 on May 31st, hence the goal date)
  • Vegetarian for 2.5 years, although I occasionally eat sushi and I'm damn fine with it, ya heard!
  • I weigh 140 lbs, and I have been yo-yoing b/t 133-143 for the past year. I started out at 150 a year and a half ago when I got into nutrition.
  • I work out 3-5 times per week and this is my favorite thing. My favorite activites are spin class, weight lifting, and yoga. I also walk a few miles per day. If only I could stop eating fried food I would be a supermodel. Ok not really, but seriously I work out so much there is no good reason to be a little chubby. I'm looking for other people in this spot-- losing that last few pounds.

Anyway I hope there is at least someone out there just like me-- there are a gazillion people on here so I bet there is. I'm looking forward to meeting you!
