Looking for support
Hello my mane is Jen and I recently joined the Calorie Count website and would love to find other members that are interested in helping cheer each other on, share tips, celebrate wins....all that good stuff!
I'm 5ft 4 and started at 190 when I joined the site and currently weigh around 185. My goal is to be 140, of course I would love to have a lower goal but feel asthough I would be able to maintain at 140.

hi jen, my name is patricia and i have just joined as well, and like you i need all the support i can get. i am 5'7" and my start weight was 273 my first weigh in is on wednesday
i am excited about it. i am currently allotted 1972 cal each day that i got from another site. but i can not eat all of them, it makes a difference when eating "good" food v/s fatty fried foods. i have also joined another group here: "weekly weigh in weightloss buddie required" group (that is where the wed. weigh in comes from) check them out
anyway i am a truck driver and have been obese sense i was 12. i look forward to cheering you on.
