Are you 40 and 180 pounds? Looking for support network!

Quote  |  Reply

I am looking for others who are my age and around my weight.  Need a support network to put down the next Snickers.  I am also looking for low cal recipes because I eat fattening foods...yikes!

 Take care!

Hi!  I'm 38 (in March) and 164.  I've lost 12lbs so far, and have 30 to go to put me at 134.  Haven't been that weight since 1991.  I'm 5'3.  I checked out the other thread too, but not sure if I want to be on one with a ton of people.   Let me know if you want to keep each other motivated!   Cool

Hey.  I'm 38 and 180.5 lbs.  I've lost 43 lbs since August 9th.  I'm looking for a smaller support group as well.

Looking forward to hear from both you & mangomomma.

How about 45 and 160? I could use a good support group, too. I am an "empty nester" (my only child graduated from HS and moved...) My husband is not into low cal anything and I really want to feel better. Mind if I join you?

I am also 40, new and have 60 pounds to loose. I've had a hysterectomy and the hormones have made me gain this weight. I did weight watchers, atkins, accupunture and personal trainer and still can't loose it.  I am hoping that by counting calories and working out it will help!!!!!!

Good luck! Keep it up and hang in there with this site!
