Looking for my twin 22yo, 5'9.5

So my stats are:

22.5 Year old FEMALE

SW 214lbs

CW 173lbs

GW 1. 160lbs 2. 150lbs

A little background on myself, i just graduated college in may (woot!). In college i had played on both the varsity basketball team for three years and then the track and field team my senior year. Mind you when i say i was on the track and field team, i threw, i did not run AT ALL! And i only stopped playing basketball because of an ACL tear and reconstruction. After college i had found my 5' 9.5 body had ballooned up to 214lbs. Disgusted in myself i made it my new goal, to get healthy, get my life and order. Since then i have gotten most of that together.

I accepted a job in July, bought my first car, moved, etc. And up until now i have dropped to a nice 173lbs (-41lbs). Which yes i was very proud of. Now however i am in a slow decrease, struggling to drop about a lb a week, and i'm in need of some help/support. About my eating habits, i typically eat ~1500 calories a day, which was a huge deficit from my 3000+ when i was in college. I was working out about 7 times a week with spinning, basketball, ellipticalling and the sort. I'm trying not to lift as i have A ton of muscle from sports and really dont need anymore.

I currently elliptical, run or play basketball every day averaging 500+ calories burned a day. My realistic goal is really to be 160lbs with an future goal of 150.

I'm looking for a twin to check in with and keep each other motivated :)

Actually, I come pretty close to being your twin.

i'm 5'9" & 7/8ths (so pretty much 5'10)

SW1 260lbs (this was about 2.5 years ago, i lost 75lbs and had been maintaining in the 180s for a year and a half. then i decided to shape up some more with my diet sooo...)

SW2 180

CW 175.4lbs

GW1 165lbs (its halfway to goal weight!)

GW2 150lbs

i'm like the opposite of you... i'm really effing lazy and don't do much physical activity. mostly just lose through diet. except i do have some motivation to finally start getting active.... i'm a geology major, and this spring break my department is doing a trip to the arizona/new mexico desert to do geology shiz, and i'm going to effing die if i can't get into shape by then. all the walking/climbing, etc really takes a toll if you're not prepared. so yeah, i have a legitimate reason to increase my endurance, i am just having trouble working up the motivation to actually do so.

I'd love to check in with both of you guys is that is okay?! I'll friend you both and we can check in? once a week maybe? What other ideas do you both think?

Sounds good to me. Do you want to pick a date to check in? Generally that seems to work. Keeps you on track at least a little.

Do you want to just keep going back to this thread and updating here?? or we can make it a journal thing.

I was thinking Mondays, i know for me i seem to fall out of my routine over the weekend, and its a good time to re-evaluate and get back on track.

I have no preference as to here on on a journal (i don't know how to do the journal thing) Thoughts?!

As for my weekend, i was pretty bad, but still weighed in at 173lbs this morning... Hopefully i will get to the gym after work today and really get it going again.

How was your weekend (both of you?!) Try anything new?
