Looking for a day or two's worth of menu ideas for HEALTHY eating.
Hiya, I've done an analysis for my first half month here and noticed that my fat and carb intake are really high and my protein is too low.
I don't eat dairy and while I can eat some soy, too much gives me issues (mainly bloating and g*s).
I'm looking to eat up to 1650 calories a day and was wondering if there's anyone that could show me a day or two worth of HEALTHY BALANCED meals that they quite enjoy as an example for me to follow.
