Looking for vegetable recipes…

Does anyone have any tasty veggie recipes, I've discovered several combinations that I like and some spices but I'm looking to change things up a bit. I'm hugely fond of red peppers, carrots, green beans cauliflower and broccoli. I've never met a vegetable I didn't like (Except for asparagus) but thus far I've been throwing different combos together and baking in the oven, with some Mrs. Dash or just salt and pepper. I'm not sure what veggies/spice combos pop together. Any suggestions welcome. Full recipes or just veggie/spice combos that you like.

One thing I like to do is make foil packets if I'm already using the oven, or those microwave steamer bags. For an Italian flavor, a little garlic, a drizzle of olive oil and pinch of basil, if I want to really jazz it up, I'll add just a few drops of balsamic vinegar. For an Asian flavor, I use a few drops of toasted sesame oil, a shake or two of soy sauce, garlic and ginger. Go French; drizzle of olive oil, pinch sea salt and herbs de provance. Go eastern Europe; drizzle of grapeseed oil, a couple hefty shakes of paprika and pinch of thyme or sage.

What veggies? Whatever you have on hand, or whatever is on sale that week, is how I do it. When you close up the veggies to make them steam, you don't need very much liquid at all, and the flavor gets all through. So you can flavor a good 3 or 4 cups of veggies with very little olive oil, like a teaspoon.
i love steaming vegetables in the microwave with a spice mixture called herbes de provence, as cwinans mentioned. occasionally i'll also sprinkle some grated parmesan cheese on top which adds a lot of flavor without many calories (1Tbsp = 20 calories).

The combination sounds delicious.  Do you eat it raw or cook it?

Here are some of my favorite recipes

Tiella - a baked Italian vegetable casserole

Action Packed Vegetable Soup - a spicy, zippy tomato based soup

Carrot & Raisin Salad - kids love this sweet salad.  It can be made with dried cranberries too.
