Looking for weight loss buddy!
I just became a CC member, and I really need someone to help motivate me
So i'm about 182 pounds, and my goal weight is 140 pounds...it doesn't matter how much you want to lose or how much you weigh, I just need someone for support :]
Well I fell off the wagon and hit hard. I am 5'4 184lb as of tonight. I was running 5k last summer everyday. I was put on anxiety meds and yep gained 30lbs. So I am now off them and looking to use exercise and goals to manage. Add me to your friend list if you would like. GOal weight 150

Hi I'm 5ft 10 and the last time i weighed myself i was 198 lbs and i'm determined to 140lbs , i would love to be your friend on_my_way18 as we all need some motovation on those bad days, where we can't be bothered to exercise or stick to our calorie intake.

so how has everyone's week been going? Mine has been so busy but I have been pretty good. Gave into some lemon scones though :) I have found that if I just eat a salad for lunch I am able to meet my calorie goals a lot easier.

I would love to have a friend or two, if you want you can add me. But I will tell you a little about myself, I'm struggling with 25lbs that seem to be glued to me for the last 10 plus years. I am 5'4" and 150, female, 43 yrs old. If I don't fit what you are looking for that is ok. But my deal is I know everything but for the last 10 years I have not been applying it to lose the weight, so I do understand how you feel. I have definetly traits of emotional eatting that seem to kill any diet weight loss I do....so I am hoping by CC I will stay on the right track by friends and group discussions. No matter what HANG IN THERE! And always know you are NOT alone!

My name is Jes. I'm 21, 5'6 and currently 191.6 pounds with a body fat percentage of 22.6. I'm a formerly athletic extremely fit girl who gained lots of weight due to being extremely stressed out, lack of sleep because of stress, eating late at night, haha you get the picture. In a year and a half of living like that I went from being 135 pounds to 221.8 pounds. I finally hit rock bottom when I saw pictures of me on our family vacation from last August. My arms were huge, my face looked fat, I just didn't look like me anymore. Right than and there I decided it was time to get my life back.
I started on C.C on Sept. 18th of 2008 and it is the best possible thing I could have done. I'm working towards eventually getting back to between 135-145 lbs and never looking back. And with a little over 30 pounds under my belt so far I know I can do it.
I don't count my calories but I do watch what I eat. I work out 5 -6 nights a week. For video workouts I do an ab workout everyday and do jillian michaels 30 day shred or the biggest loser strength training videos on alternating days. I also bike or run everyday and do free hand weights.
For fun i like to go out with my boyfriend or my friends, play with my two toy puppies, shop, workout, bike, go bowling, watch movies, listen to music, cook, write, read, draw, play soccer or tennis, swim, and many other things.
