What is the best way to loose body fat? I am 136 lbs with 31% body fat.
high intesnsity cardio for at least 30 minutes
-interval training - long distance running etc.
also try adding in some weight training - if your scared of getting bulky throw in 3 sets of weights with 8-12 reps for all your muscle groups. -adding muscle increases your metabolism and burns fat.
Bump the above....and a good diet. Making sure you gain muscle mass guarantees that you will be able to burn fat even while resting. Make sure you limit the amount of fatty foods and carbs you intake as well, making protein high on your list.
Number one is clean up your diet. Clean/balanced eating. Complex carbs, whole grains, fresh fruits and vegetables, lean meats and proteins, lowfat diary, plenty of water. HIIT and heavy lifting. Workout 5-6 days a week. Stay within your calorie range.
