~~Loose 10lbs by April 28th~~ Who is with me?!
Hi all,
I am setting a goal for myself to loose 10lbs by April 28th and I am looking for people who would like to join me in this journey.
This is not my ultimate goal, but I have to start somewhere.
I weigh in every Monday, and I will post my progress here.
Here are my stats:
5'2", starting weight 149, current weight 134, goal weight by April 28 124, ultimate goal weight 115-120.

liljdoll, that's exactly why I chose monday as the weigh in day. I'm usually really good during the week, but when it comes to the weekend... hmm.. it gets harder to keep track of all my calories.

Ok I'm glad you like people joining because I could really use support. My original goal was to lose 10 pounds by March 31st (I started Jan 1st) but that's not going to happen. I did manage to lose 3-4 pounds in the last 2 months so I guess thats better than nothing.

I could use some advise...
I have been working out 3-5 times a week for the last 10 weeks and I've only lost 4lbs. I've lost 2 inches on my waist, 1.5 on my hips and 0 everywhere else. Most of the time my gym sessions involve cardio for 30 sometimes 40 minutes and I definetly break a sweat. Sometimes I do a small weight lifting session on my arms, legs, abs... probably once a week for each. I've been hearing that I should concentrate more time on building muscle instead of cardio.
I just want to see better results. I eat 1400 - 1600 calories per day, depending if its a workout day.
Any advice? I really need the help!!!!!
Dude, April 28th is my birthday!
I don't think I can lose ten pounds in the next nine weeks.
I could try, but yeah.
