100+ pounds to loose; How much have you loss so far to get to that goal?

I sit here and think, after my diet support group meeting today about how far I have come, but where I really wanted to be at this point.  Do you feel that way?  Not as far as you'd like to be and wonder why?  SO HERE IS MY QUESTION TO YOU   Have you complimented yourself on how far you've come?  Patted yourself on the back, ever been told "Hey you look good" Loosing weight?  Now is the time to pick up your shoes, get out that motivation and get back on the bandwagon and continue on with the journey,.

I am here for anyone who wants support and give me while I give support on this long, lifetime journey,.  I have been a member for over two years and have journalled 98% of the days during my journey. Some personal some about this journey.  If you are interested, join this post or mention in a PM to me you want weight loss support for over 100 pounds.  I am 140 pounds overweight and have already loss 54 pounds. SO essentially I had close to 200 pounds to loose. Read my PROFILE before you PM me and see if you are interested in getting to know me.

Good luck!   I know if I can do it you can do it.  Lets see each other lighter later. How much later ~ well that all  depends on how we long we want to take this journey.

Take care and God Bless
