I have lost a considerable ammount of weight and have notticed that my skin is not as firm as i would like it.  I am 26.

I was wondering if there was  a vitiman that i could take to help firm up my skin.  Or a cream that really works, i dont believe all the comericals.

I am 5'3" weighed 125lbs up untill 2003, started to gain weight (pregnancy and depression) in 2005 I weighed my max 270lbs.  I am now 175ish.

Loose skin is a problem that almost everyone who loses a significant amount of weight goes though :( Many people say genetics and time is the only thing that will really fix it.

Here is a link that talks about skin health and vitamins, though!

lifting weights helps build muscle, as well as tighten up your skin

losing slow seems to be helping me with that, Undecided alas,
