Loose Skin problems

Does anybody know of away I can tighten my skin around my belly cause it's really loose now cause I lost so much weight, any tips would be greatly appreciated.

sorry about that spelling.. LOL..  my skin is hanging off my body, is there anything that I can use to tighten it??
