I am so sick of being fat I weigh 209 and started to diet and excercise 3 days ago, I really am looking to meet people in this group that understand my pain! I want to enjoy getting dressed oe shopping for that matter!
I am single so I find meals that are healthy to be difficult any suggestions?
Hi Melissa, I am sure u r beautiful. We are all working on improving ourselves and I can't wait to wear all my smaller clothes too after I lose some major weight. I am too scared to weigh myself lol but I am sure its in the 2 hundreds. My goal is to take it easy and not over exercise or over diet cos then I tend to relapse badly. I really want a sustainable healthy lifestyle.
As far as easy healthy meals, my suggestion to u and myself is to plan for them. Also cooking in bulk(maybe once or twice a week)and having prepared food in the refrigerator/freezer I think will help too that way when we don't get too hungry and end up reaching for the most unhealthy things around. Also I was thinking I should try the frozen dinner style where they don't put and veggies in sauce cos it makes it soggy but seasoning them, putting them to the size and adding to frozen or refrigerated meal afterwards
