How can you loose weight in your inner thighs?
I really need help.
As far as I know there's no way to choose where you lose body fat - sadly, as in my family women tend to lose their breasts first. There may be exercises you can do to build and tone the muscles in your thighs though, and although that won't get rid of any fat there, once you do lose the fat they'll look great. Not an exercise expert though.
Anyone feel free to correct me if I'm wrong. (It's advice I could use too!)
yeah you cant choose where you lose weight. but you can definitely tone your inner thighs to make them less giggly and more muscular. try lying on one side and keep your bottom leg straight. bend the leg on the top and put it on the ground in front of you. lift your bottom leg straight up and down (it will feel weird at first). do a couple sets of this on each side. it helps at least a little!
Running.
My entire lower half looks different nowadays since taking up a jogging and running routine. It's not easy, by any means but the results are worth it. It really tones all of the muscles in your lower half - which results in your inner thighs being sort of 'pulled in'. Really helps with cellulite and bum shapeliness too!
